T3 schedule 15

Can anyone tell me if schedule 15 automatically gets sent with the T3 return?  We just received a Notice of Assessment for our T3 return with a $100 penalty saying Schedule 15 wasn't prepared.  It definitely was filled out.

It is sent automatically if its filled out properly. By example, if the 2 checkboxes are set to NO in Part A, then Part B and C will not be sent.  If it was filled out properly, I recommned to call CRA. There is no known issues in Profile at this point.

There was an email sent by CRA Efile yesterday stating they made an error and they are reassessing those returns.
