Surviving spouse and spousal amount
It appears that when a spouse with no income dies the selector in the surviving spouse's Info screen labelled "Is spouse's net income zero" does not highlight like it does if the deceased spouse were alive instead.
I did check off yes where it asks "Were you married or living common-law at any time in this tax year".
