Submission of letter 45(2) electio

Hi,

 

I suppose there have been discussions on if Letters on 45(2) election can and how to submitted through profile. Could anyone give me a link? If not, could you help on this issue?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

Elections cannot be submitted electronically through e-filing. CRA states the elections must be in writing. There is information at this link . Check with CRA to confirm where and how to submit an election because they must be submitted by the due date to be valid.
