Sales Tax on Tax Preparation in Manitoba

Manitoba is no longer charging sales tax on Income Tax Preparation in Manitoba, so I have changed the billing page to reflect this, however on the RC71, Profile automatically adds in Retail Sales tax-do I need to override this each time I do a discounted tax return or am I missing something? TIA

The RC71 is in draft for 2020 and well be released after certification by CRA. But, from what I can see from the CRA 2020 discounting guide, RST does apply to discounting services. The CRA guide is available here
