Retroactive Repay worksheets for 2020 and 2021

From the latest update:

Retroactive changes to Repay worksheet for 2020 and 2021
2020 and 2021 have been updated to reflect retroactive changes to the calculation of the Old Age Security (OAS) clawback for individuals who are also subject to a clawback on the Canada Recovery Benefit (CRB), in accordance with revised online versions of the Federal Worksheet and T4E slips for the 2020 and 2021 tax years.

It is unclear from the note above who made the error.  Is it a CRA error?  If yes, will CRA automatically be making adjustments to my clients who are affected or do I need to file adjustments?

Hi,

Looks like CRA retroactively made changes: these changes may or may not affect your clients. If you need more details or have affected clients, you should contact CRA.

I don't see where this was answered in an Efile/TED email.  Maybe you can post a link to it?
