Preparer Information NOT saved!!!

Hello,

 

I am not sure what I did wrong.

Every time, after I close PROFILE, preparer information is disappeared in Options - Environment - Preparer.

What should I do so that the preparer information is not disappeared.

Try Options/Options Administration and click on "Save", maybe this will work.
