I have a client with a power of attorney for his wife, who has dementia and is in a home. I have been looking all day and I can't find anywhere to enter the POA so he can sign on behalf of his wife both on the Authorize a Rep and T183. Any thoughts?

For the Authorize a Rep, there is a box just below where it says "Signature and date" on the AuthorizeRep form that says "I am the legal representative for this taxpayer".  Tick that, then you put the name of the husband and he should sign Power of Attorney after his signature.  If this is the first time, they will ask for a copy of the Power of Attorney.  On the T183, the Part F signature line says it is for the individual taxpayer or their legal representative.  He signs, and put his name and "Power of Attorney" beside that.
