Ontario tax return with R1
Hello,
In March 2025 I moved from QC to ON. I continued working for a QC company remotely until May 2025.
I am preparing to file my taxes, which I know I have to file as an Ontario resident.
However, I am unsure where I need to enter my R1 slip information. I paid Quebec taxes / deductions… will I be able to get some of it refunded?
Do I need to file something with Quebec ?
any guidance on this matter would be appreciated, apologies if it is a stupid question.
