Ontario tax and a calculation error

I got my client's notice of assessment. She left Canada in 2019 so I put her departure date on her T1. Her Ontario tax amount was fixed due to a calculation error. Since the amount calculates automatically is this a system error? Or is it something I did?

If the amount was changed, it is best to check with CRA to determine why they changed it. If the issue is related to ProFile call us at 1-800-452-9970 for an agent to assist you.
