Non-resident with a capital gain - province of residence?

My Section 216 client sold his property in BC with a capital gain and that is the only income. For province of residence, CRA guide says choose "Other" but I don't see it on Profile. Should I choose "Non-resident"?

Hi,

If you choose , non resident as province of residence on the Info tab , the T1 will show province of residence as Other. In this way you can make the selections on the Info tab, then review the T1 to make sure it is the return you expected, for example a non-resident return,  and the enters are correct.
