Question

Need assistance clearing T2 efile error 395. I have cleared request for online mail and email address, saved file, closed file and reopened and CRA could not assist.

I am receiving similar error and I've believed I've cleared the error, but I am still unable to transmit...please assist

If the message attached to the error code does not assist in resolving the issue after right clicking the error in the auditor and selecting clear CRA errors, give us a call at 1-800-452-9970 for an agent to assist in resolving the issue
