My credntials were removed from profile for no reason
Two days ago, when I was trying to save my work done on T2 file, a window was popped up which asked me to enter my User id and password of the profile (whereas it was already saved and it should not have asked for again). I entered my credential but the profile software didn’t accept and showed a message that “My online credential are not verified and try again later). It was shocking that as to why my online credentials were suddenly removed from the Profile record for no reason or at my no fault. It was very disheartening that it was 6 o’ clock of the evening and Profile online help was not available till next day morning 9.00 am,. Whereas I had to do a lot of work to meet the deadline from my client. I had to deal a great trouble because profile system was not available to me at my no fault. Next day morning I called the Profile and thanks to the Representative who reinstated my online credentials. I asked the representative as to why did it happen, he had no answer or was able to find me any reason for this fault. I am failed to understand as to why did it happen that my online credentials were removed from profile record suddenly for no reason despite my license is valid till the end of the year 2
