Medical Services not available in your area (200km away)

I come from a TaxPrep history but have moved to Profile.  We have a customer (long standing) who has a dependent who we have in the past been able to claim medical services not available outside your area (200km)  In taxprep it was just at the bottom of the medical form.  In Profile, I can find it and it does show but, on form TP1 which is a Quebec form and wants me to register or buy something.  How can we claim these basic expenses that we have for years?

Thanks

G

I just put the description "medical travel" and location in the "Payment made to" box, then in "Description of expense" I put hotel, meals, km x rate, etc.  I use a separate line for kms, meals, hotel, etc.  CRA only receives the total medical anyway, not the specific line items so if it gets reviewed you can provide the details then.

If you have added them as a dependant on the "Dependant" screen (including putting their net income, etc., you should just be able to enter their medical in the second section on the Medical screen "Allowable amount of medical expenses for other dependants - line 33199".

Yes we have done that.  There is however, no place to enter the distance, reason for travel, dates of travel.
