Information Page: Spousal Information - Nonresident
The taxpayer resides in Canada, while their family members are located outside the country and are nonresidents. When entering spousal information on the info page and selecting the spouse as a nonresident, a red correction mark appears, prompting to tick "prepare sign off" and manually adjust GST, OTB, etc. However, unlike other software such as Cantax, which automatically calculates all family benefits when "nonresident" is selected, Profile encounters this issue. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the mismatch with Profile's technical support department, it remains unresolved
