How to link a family member's T1

My clients (parents and one son) are linked together but there is another son for which I can't generate a profile. So I created a new Profile for him and am trying to link his T1 to the family pool. How can I do it?

hi, Make sure that the family linking option is selected in Option Module. You should have the 2 sons in the dependant form. For each son, enter SIN number (if you have it) and name. Then right click on the name, a window should pop up and you can select the return for the dependant, that you already created prior to this.

I made a new file for one son but couldn't do the same for the other so I manually created a file for the second son and now I'm trying to link the file with the family

normally, you just need to add the SIN number and the name, and the return should link, if it still does not work, please cal the customer support helpline
