Fx T4 T5 filing

I have tried to file T4 and T5, the program says "build Internet file", and I see the XML file, but it does not initiate once I hit OK, it is just a blank white screen?  Is it not open on CRAs side to accept them yet?

Hi, 

 

if you are creating from QB, you have to have Web access code. The program creates XML format which you think is blank but it's not , CRA can open it. 

For T5, you have to use WEb form.
