CLASS 10.1 NO 1/2 UCC ON DISPOSAL

Disposition of Class 10.1 vehicle should be allowed 1/2 ucc in year of disposition.  Profile is not calculating this for 2022.

this was fixed since release 2022.0.0

Not true.  Using 2022.3.5 and it's not working
