Claiming tuition fees paid by employer with CONDITION ATTACHED
Hello,
I got my paid tuition fees reimbursed by my employer in 2020 tax year. The reimbursement has condition that I have to work with my employer for three year for the each course fees they reimbursed to me. Since all the reimbursements have same separate conditions, can I claim tuition fees paid and reimbursed in my 2020 tax year?
Please let me know if I am not clear and more information is required to answer my question.
