CCA T776 does not calculate automatically for Rental Property

Hello,

 

I am trying to claim the CCA for rental property but the system is not calculating by itself. I checked profile help and yes, I have gain in the rental income, and it's shared with my partner and added at both places under CCA Asset and T776 Asset. Any suggestion, what I am missing?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

Although ProFile will not automatically split assets between spouses: see article here, it will claim CCA if the is a positive net income. Call us at 1-800-452-9970 to review the enters if you want an agent to assist.
