Carry Forward a T1 tax return through the drop down menu selects wrong year

It appears the menu option to carry forward a tax file from (example C-FWD 2020 to 2021) uses the selected year as 2021 with the prefilled option of "look in 2021T1" rather than 2020.  The QuickStart menu works properly.
