carry forward a return via main menu uses incorrect source year

Using the menu to carry forward a return uses the request year as the source file.  Example: to carry forward a return to 2021 using the main menu  uses the 2021 directory as the default source rather than correctly defaulting to the 2020 directory.

 

The QuickStart menu works correctly.
