Wrong address on certificate of organization domestic LLC
Client stopped in and I noticed on the certificate of organization filed with the Department of State that the address is off by one letter. They used an "a" where there should be an "e". The address is unique, out in country, so he will probably get the mail either way. For example, instead of using Greintek, they used Greintak, (not the actual name, just an example). I have to prepare the ss4 and then later on the state tax registration. Any advice? Never had this situation before. Thank you.
