Won't let me back into program, indicates Database not accessible

Just downloaded ProSeries Basic today.  Prepared a return and now it will not let me back into program, indicating Database not accessible?

Did you get this solved?  Mines been like this and although I can start it if I run as administrator I'd like a more permanent solution.
