Why is the release date for 4136 so late?

Why is the release date for form 4136 always so late?   It says 2/25 and farmers who often have fuel tax credit- tax returns are due 3/1.

 

If it can be moved up it would help alot.

    Now it says  2/27 and farmers taxes are due 3/1!!!       THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

    Add it to the long list of Lacerte errors this year.  4136 is final per IRS so again Lacerte is behind the ball.  I guess we pay top dollar to be treated the worst, it is so bad this year.
