Why is the IRS rejecting the return when the ACA explanation is filed?
My client's returned keeps being rejected by the IRS. She did not have HealthCare Marketplace insurance last year but there is a record of 2 different insurances, A case has been filed with them for enrollment without permission. I filed the ACA explanation with her tax return but it still comes back rejected. Is there anything else I need to do.
