Why is the Form WRA generated in Wisconsin when you have a pdf of a 2K-1 attached instead of mailing it in.
Normally, you would only have to have a WRA if you are mailing in a document. But even when you attach a PDF, the WRA is still generated when it shouldn't be. Such as on the federal form, you would mail in a document with the Form 8453. But when you attach a PDF of the document, the Form 8453 disappears.
