Oh yes, thank you - most definitely, including the prospective date splits for the year ... that's why the program knows it need to be allocated. All other parts of Allocation are fine, but page 5 ( it's a section for SE tax, since the wife had Childcare earnings ) is literally "Blank" - there are no lines or descriptions. so I cannot make any entries, even though the error diagnostics is telling me I have to allocate her SE tax...
