Why is ProSeries incorrectly computing Iowa Estimates when a out of state credit exists?

In computing 2024 Iowa Estimates ProSeries is reducing the net Iowa tax (gross tax, less out of state) by the out of state credit again.  If you have a gross Iowa tax of $3,000 and an out of state credit of $1,400 the net tax is $1,600 and should be the basis of 2024 estimates.  ProSeries computed Iowa estimates is $200, the net tax of $1,600 reduced by double counting the out of state credit.

I ran into this problem 4 or 5 years ago and ProSeries said they would fix it for next tax season.  They still haven't fixed it.

There was a post tin here yesterday about Iowa, and that Efiling is delayed right now, I think there may be some kind of issue with Iowa right now?  I'll see if I can find the post.
