Why is proseries basic 2020 not allowing me to efile a return and saying I need to renew my fast path license?

Why is Proseries basic 2020 not allowing me to efile a return and saying I need to renew my fast path license?

I have renewed my fast path license and I've done updates on all the programs, but my proseries basic 2020 still will not allow me to efile a return.  It states that I need to go renew my fast path license.

How do I fix this?

Tools > License Products    see if that updates your license.   

You may want to run a program update as well, chance are 2020 has had some updates since it was last used.

    Hi, did it work for you?

    I had the similar issue with 2020 tax returns and was able to file 2021. 

    Now starting yesterday, I am having the same issue with 2021 too.
