Question

Why is my proseries basic program requesting me to pay for printing my returns? I have never had this before in all of the years I have had Proseries Basic?

Why is proseries asking me to authorize payment to print returns.  This is all included in the cost of the program like last year

    Try relicensing the program. 

    I can't give specifics as I use Lacerte, but a PS user might stop by with details.

    Assuming you have a current 2023 ProSeries license, you'll want to Relicense your prior year programs so that they recognize it.

    Tools > License Products

      Sounds like you installed Professional by mistake so its wanting you to Pay Per Return.  If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional
