Why is my Client Name Column missing in All Tax Returns?

I am having issues with the entire Client Name column has disappeared and I have tried to reboot and restart but it did not fix the issue. Can someone please advise?

From the All Tax Returns Home Base, what if you click on HomeBase >  Reset Current View

Two suggestions.  1. Is it missing in all HomeBase Views?  check under the All Tax Returns drop down.

2. The Client Name Column may have been condensed, shrunk. if you look closely at the gray bar with the column names are two horizontal divider lines really close together?

    It is ONLY missing in the All Tax Returns. It appears in all the other drop downs. It is not condensed/shrunk.
