Why is it saying that there is no account found if I was just logged in? I try resetting password and said "no account found"

I tried resetting the password and said "no account found."

I was on my account, and for some reason, I tried to sign in again, and it said wrong info, and when I clicked reset, it said no account found. The email and password are correct.

Often the best solution is to shut down your computer. When you restart settings are fresh & new and work again.
