Why is 2025 ProSeries downloading prior year 1099 transactions instead of current year?

Trying to download 1099-B, DIV & INT from financial institution (RBC) into 2025 ProSeries and the download is bringing in 2024 transactions instead of 2025. Neither Intuit customer support or RBC client support can address the issue. Has anyone else had this issue that they were able to resolve and if so, how did you resolve.  Was hoping not to manually input over 100 transactions.

If they are covered transactions all you need to enter are the totals for the ST and LT ones.

Those RBC 1099s are terrible. I doubt the software could get it right even if it did use the correct year.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

I summarize the non-covered ones too...as long as gross proceeds match up, no issues.

I was finally successful in getting RBC's 2025 tax data to download into ProSeries Professional 2025.  Basically, started fresh again with emailing client electronic letter, then having client log in to download then when I started ProSeries again and clicked on client return to enter data, the 2025 download data notification box showed the 2025 information instead of 2024.  So, all is good now. 🙂
