WHY DOES THE E-234 IN MISSOURI NOT CALCULATE UNDER THE CORPORATE OR PARTNERSHIP OPTIONS
First, this form is only available under individuals, even though it may need to be completed by a corporation or partnership. But using the individual form and just overriding the name and EIN will work but when selecting the Partnership or Corporate check box, all the calculations are removed and you have to do more overrides.
