Why do I get the error, “None of the returns for the selected client are eligible for eSignature” when requesting an eSignature for a Form 1040 extension request?
Also, I've had a couple of clients that are having issues with the DocuSign verification process and haven't been able to access the files to sign. For one client, DocuSign apparently didn't like the address she was entering, although she seems to have been entering it exactly how I had it in ProSeries. Is there some way to turn off or simplify (i.e.: with a code I provide them) the verification process?
