Question

Why do all of my forms still print as "Do not File"? I have done all the updates. This is a simple 1040 form

I had the same issue. We uninstalled and reinstalled the software.

Did you try repair updates? yesterday I had a simple return and schedules a and b said not ready to efile update available. I knew I had the updates to date. The form release info said they were ready to efile. I could not clear until I did repair updates.

    Thanks. That worked for the federal but not CT. Just to clarify it's repair updates.
