Why can't we efile 2023 returns yet? Posted 01-30-2024

When will we be able to efile 2023 returns?

efile opened yesterday. I tried one (although it was a prior year return, sigh) and it went through fine.

      I have one ready to file, 1040 says it can't be filed, have ran the updates 3 times and it says no updates found.

        Am I the only one seeing a message on top of this page saying:

        If you are unable to efile a 1040 return, please ensure your product is updated as of today (1/30/2024). An update is available to address the PTIN issues. See How to update ProSeries software.
