A couple years ago the newer years program looks for updates on it's own. For those newer years I get pop up notices that updates are available but if you miss seeing the pop up or want to check for updates on your own, from homebase, clck on > Update > Update Installed Products or if you want to install new products > Select and Download New Products.

Go to your tools folder on your desktop and run Tools-Repair Updates.
