Why can't I transfer a specific client from 2024

I can open the client in 2024, but when I try to transfer him to 2025, his name does not appear in the homebase listing.

If that doesn't work, open the client in 2024 to make sure it looks like the client file is good.  Then I would try making a copy of the client and see if the copy can be transferred.

did you get the message transfer sucessful?

try refreshing the homebase if that doesn't work then try logging out and back in.

How do I "refresh" the home base?

Maybe close program and open it back up

Does your client have the same file name as someone else? If so, I will not transfer if you have already transferred the other client.  You will need to change the file name internally.
