Why can't I install ProSeries on my computer?

I receive an error when trying to install the 2023 software that suggests I need Windows 10 or a 64 bit system, however I have both!

When reviewing the system requirements on this portal, it appears that I meet all of the minimum requirements.

Has anyone else had this issue and come across a solution?

You'll have to call support to work through why you're getting this message. 

I feel like Ive seen it complained about in the past, but that months ago when people were first installing the software.

I was able to resolve the issue by performing an update of the 2022 software.
