Why can't I download NYC 1127 when it says it's available

NYC 1127 says available as of 2/19. I have downloaded all updates but when I attempt to file the form it says my software is not up to date?

On the federal information worksheet you activate it in ‘efile state or city returns

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

I got new error messages on the 1127 this morning - not sure what's going on

Same here. I waited till 19th sent ALL my 1127 returns. All rejected. Is there any updates when this will be fixed?

@IntuitKatie this is more like an ‘unexpected behavior’ than a few 100 support calls… any chance you can check with developers on Monday and report the issue? These are preparers who know the system and workflow. Thank you for all your help here.
