Why Basic 2024 will not relaunch after first attempt? Why are there no errors messages?
I downloaded Proseries Bas 2024 which indicated 100% done. I followed the prompts to allow changes to be made to my computer which proceeded to launch updates for Proseries but never finished. I made several attempts relaunched for install but did not launch or give any error messages.
1. Deleted BasicTY2024 and reinstalled it but only got a notice of 100% done for the file within 5 secs
2. Attempted download from both 2023 tax yr and my Intuit account without success
3. My computer is compatible for 2024 with enough Ram and storagespace. I have 10H
4. Updated security updates per rep suggestion and restarted computer several times and even in safe mode
5. Rep had me to download microsoft x86 and x64 and restarted computer
6. Looked at C Drive which where all yrs of proseries is stored and 2024 only show 3 components of download where others had over 40
