Why am I not able to enter name of personal representative on E-File Info Worksheet?

Client is a mom who is filing her deceased son's 1040. There is a balance due. There is no court appointed personal representative. ProSeries is giving me an error on the Electronic Filing Information Worksheet. It's requiring the name of a PR in order to e-file, however, it's not allowing me to enter a name without an override. Has anyone come across this issue?

No. Usually when balance due it is no problem. Double check and Reenter.

    I believe it was an input error on my part. Since there was no actual court appointed PR, I checked the NO box, and ProSeries did not allow me to input a name. However, when I unchecked that box I was able to enter a name. Thank you.
