Since faces seem to change on a regular basis here, if we see someone really struggling with an issue and support seems to have let them down, who can we flag here to try to help them out? Or are us mere mortals left to watch someone drown and only Champs can phone a friend in the lounge?

I tried Ruben yesterday and he responded soon after. I tried Gabi a little after I reached out to Ruben (I didn't want to wear out my welcome with Ruben😁) and never saw any response. Last year we had a few different names pop up from time to time so I was just curious if there was anyone else sitting on the sidelines waiting for their number to be called.
