Where to report an error on Organizer 2025?

Hello,

I noticed that the 2025 tax organizer has an error under ORG 3, line 47. It asks if "at any time in 2024.." Should be 2025, of course.

I'm having a hard time finding an email or some way to submit a bug/error to Intuit, so I thought I'd make it known here.

@Kathi_at_Intuit  should Organizers be ready for use yet or are they still being worked on?

I guess Im giving background updates too much credit!   When in doubt, update again manually!

Hi @ElizabethH Welcome to the community and thanks for posting your first questions. We double-checked this with support, the organizer is out, and Org 3 line 47 is showing 2025 for them. We recommend making sure you have the latest release of the program. If you need further assistance ProSeries Support would be able to help with this.

Kathy Can you please double check with support that it Prints 2025 when you print it, I havent had time to check it today, but a couple of weeks ago it said 2025 on the screen but printed 2024 when I printed them.

In order to be ready to mail now - I printed them all to pdf files then used a pdf editor to correct that date.

Thanks Jeff

Hi @jeffmcpa2010 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have tested it and Org 3 line 47 when printed to a PDF says 2024 and Org 13 line 12 does too. We have submitted this to our development team for review. We will update this thread once we have one. If you happen to see any other lines we might have missed, please let us know! Thanks! Kathi

Kathy,

I see another, similar error:

For ORG6, the language on the screen regarding the child tax credit shows this:

* check this box if this is a child who is not a qualifying child for the child tax credit,

BUT when it prints it reads *Check this box if dependent child is not a U.S. citizen or resident alien

This is inaccurate and very disconcerting to parents who read the form.

Thanks, Beth
