Where/How to enter 1099-B 1g wash sale coded B or Y?

Merrill Lynch statement shows some sales  amounts coded B or Y in column 1g (wash sale loss disallowed.)

How/where would that be entered?  On schedule 8997?  (There are many so I might just do a summary and attach schedule) but still don't know where the sum amounts would be entered.

Theres a box for wash sales, I dont pay much attention to the "code" As long as gross proceeds match the 1099B and my end result is what its supposed to be, Im good.

    That's what I do for lines with "w" also.  BUT it seems that in my old age I am getting more **bleep** rather than less!
