where do I put car interest loan on the 1040?

I don't see the schedule 1-A that is supposed to support new car loan interest deduction?

Open the client, then look at your left side  in that forms use box.   Should right after  FORM 1040.... and before Info WKs.

I also don't see Schedule 1A for car loan interest

Hi, go to your schedule 1-A  scroll down to line number 22  and complete the information needed...  Hope this helps.

Open client

Click on Find form tab on top

Find form: Schedule 1-A

Click on QuickZoom

Enter car information

Open client, pull up Schedule 1-A , Additional Deductions, Go to Part IV and fill information
