Where do I indicate that taxpayer is claimed as a dependent on another tax return.

To mark the taxpayer as a dependent on another return:

Open the Federal Info Wks.
Scroll down to Part X - Additional Federal Return Information
Under Dependent of Someone Else: you'll find checkboxes for "Can the taxpayer be claimed as a dependent" and if so "WAS the taxpayer claimed as a dependent."
Check both of those to Yes.
