Where do i enter nys withholding taxes on a trust form?

I entered the dividends with the attachment worksheet.  On line 14 it has a box to put in the figure for state tax withheld.. but it won't let me key in any figure.  Is there something I am doing wrong? or is it a program glitch?   I need to enter the amount this investment company with held for the State on there 1099div for a trust.  PLEASE help..

I figured it out..  PROBLEM SOLVED.

i have tried everything to get that box to take a figure... i went through the work sheet etc...There has to be a box that needs to be checked somewhere.
