Where do I enter k1 footnotes

I have some global footnotes that apply to all partners in a return

Typically just above Schedule L (balance sheet) are lines for notes.  Items Reported on K-1 but not Schedule K.

I just tested that and it defaults to code AH so I guess that could work.  With the new opt out of schedule K2/K3 we really need a footnote to tell clients that the forms is available on request.
